i’m currently not in the mood to write these days. so many things have been happening that writing is just not in my priority list.
i’ve been feeling gloomy and lazy at work the past few weeks because of all the tests we’re supposed to finish. we’re currently in the process of releasing a new version of one of our software— info here- and we’re trying not to have too much delays anymore (we’ve had delays on top of delays now). thankfully, few support cases from clients have been coming in lately.
i also had a driving boo-boo last week. this ambulance was counter-flowing one morning on a two-lane road and was directly in front of me. i had to veer to the right to let it pass. there was a small truck parked beside me on that narrow road and i had to get by it first to give way the ambulance. i though i was already clear when i bolted right. luckily, i wasn’t clear enough from the truck and i grazed it. to make the long story short, i now have to replace a section of the right fender and will only be able to do so by scrimping for two whole months.
why two months of downplayed spending, you ask? it’s for the get-lost-in-cebu adventure of course :) i’d be going to cebu this labor day weekend, where i’d be meeting my friends again. oh, she’s going to be there as well that’s why i ees veree veree excited. wheeeee! hehehe. i’ve been crossing calendar dates again, like i did last time we were set to meet. tickets have been booked already and apparently, good friend has something wild and wonderful planned for the weekend :D
it’s going to be my dad’s birthday this weekend and mom thought that watching the pacquiao match in a movie house would be a nice present. okay, bought the tickets earlier, split cost with the seestar. more cash out, more reason to save! but it’s going to be a happy weekend, i think :)
i end this post for now. i’d be writing about one of my worst days (related to that accident i mentioned earlier) soon, maybe when i’m not so busy anymore. i leave you all with a photo when i first got my glasses. pardon me for having very small ears. haha.
